1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("Player") and sc99 ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering or using any service offered by sc99, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

sc99 operates under an international licence and provides online gambling services covering online slots, live casino, sports betting and various other game formats to eligible players. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or use any part of the platform, whether through a web browser or mobile application.

2. Account Registration and Management

To use sc99 services, you need to register an account by providing true, accurate and complete information. The following are the conditions relating to account registration and management:

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Each individual is only allowed to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and the freezing of balances.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. sc99 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.
• Personal information provided must be updated if any changes occur, particularly your mobile phone number and email address.
• An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• sc99 reserves the right to reject registration applications from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements without providing any reason.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sc99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) and are supported by secure, verified payment methods. The following are the terms relating to financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100 and is typically processed within one hour after the request is verified.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment account information entered is accurate. sc99 will not be responsible for failed withdrawals due to incorrect information.
• sc99 does not charge any fees for processing deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, for security purposes and to prevent money laundering.
• sc99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review or bonus requirement compliance purposes, without prior notice.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

sc99 offers various promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements set. Players are required to understand these conditions before claiming any bonus:

• Welcome Bonus: sc99 offers a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received.
• Calculation Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200 before a withdrawal can be made.
• Calculation Example 2: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 (maximum limit reached) → Account balance RM900 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
• sc99 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses or void winnings if there is evidence of fraud, promotion abuse or breach of terms.
• Other promotions such as VIP weekly cashback, referral bonuses and periodic promotions may be offered from time to time, each with their own conditions that will be stated when the respective promotion is launched.

5. Game Rules and Platform Usage

sc99 provides various types of games including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and basketball betting. Platform usage is subject to the following rules:

• All games on the sc99 platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Game results are final unless a technical error can be proven.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, sc99 will assess the situation based on server records. If a bet cannot be completed, sc99 reserves the right to void or refund based on a technical assessment.
• Players are prohibited from using automated software, tools or methods to exploit the system or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Bets placed on sports events are valid once confirmed by the system. Bets accepted before a match starts are binding unless the match is cancelled or postponed.
• For sports betting and mix parlay, the official results from the event organising body are used to determine the outcome of bets.

6. Permitted Player Conduct

sc99 players are required to comply with the conduct standards set to maintain the integrity of the platform and the experience of all users:

• Any form of fraud, account manipulation, money laundering or other illegal activity through the sc99 platform is prohibited.
• Players are not permitted to share their account with others, including family members or friends. Each account is exclusive to the individual who registered it.
• Attempts to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities for gain are prohibited. Players who detect any technical issues are required to report them to sc99 customer support immediately.
• The use of threatening, insulting or abusive language in communication channels with the sc99 support team will not be tolerated.
• Players are required to comply with the laws of the country in which they reside. sc99 is not responsible for any legal implications faced by players as a result of using the platform.

7. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

By using the sc99 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following liability limits:

• sc99 will not be responsible for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including the loss of wagered funds.
• sc99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled or unplanned maintenance may cause temporary disruptions.
• sc99 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.
• Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to sc99 within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

sc99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the registration information provided is false or inaccurate.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other fraudulent activity.
• At the player's own request, including through a self-exclusion mechanism for responsible gambling purposes.
• Players who voluntarily close their account will receive a refund of their account balance after the relevant conditions have been reviewed. However, balances obtained through bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for a refund.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where sc99 holds its international licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

sc99 operates under an international licence and complies with the compliance requirements set by the relevant regulatory body. This platform does not verify the legality of online gambling in any specific country or territory — it is the player's responsibility to ensure that their participation in online gambling is lawful in the place where they reside.

Should any provision of this Agreement be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted to the extent permitted by law, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
